The service was outstanding. I originally went to a local shop to get a quote and a surpass my finances. I called the Ford boucher and Jeremy Snow was the advisor that I spoke with. Jeremy quoted me a lot less than the local shop, which is unheard of when it comes to dealerships. I am beyond happy with the repair of the engine of my vehicle. I was able to get a brand new engine and so far no issueswithin it. I do appreciate The warranty that stands behind the services and look forward to getting more services Done.

I had number of items on my to-do list. Laura worked up an estimate for me. Costs were higher than I expected, presumably a result of our inflationary economy. Nevertheless, we went ahead, and all of the work was excellent. Laura kept me informed, and, more importantly, she was able to work down the cost of the service. Our vehicle is now 100% ready for our upcoming drive to Florida for vacation.
