The dealership is fine. The Ford Bronco has had multiple recalls in the first 8 months that I have owned it. 7 hours in the repair shop and denied a loaner car. I am not impressed with that, at all. I would visit the dealership at 9am on a Monday and take note of the number of people lining up and waiting for their vehicle to get repaired.

And My brake shoes move back and forth. And I still got the rattle in the right front. But the service guys say I don't know what I'm talking about.

I stopped at Boucher Mazda in Janesville intending to order a new Miata GT. I was surprised to find they had a red one in stock. I met with sales rep Ken Hernandez and sales manager Shawn Feldman. They put together a good deal and I bought the car. The finance manager, Phil Zoul, completed the paperwork. Even he was easy to work with, no high pressure tactics. I stopped in the next day to pick up my new Miata. Ken had it in the delivery bay all polished up and looking fabulous. Nice touch. Ken took his time showing me everything on the car from the engine bay, to the trunk. He acquainted me with all the features and their operation. It was a pleasure buying this car. The people I dealt with friendly and knowledgeable, and had excellent customer service skills. Highly recommended!
